Spray-n-Wash or Shout laundry pre-treatment. Spray heavily and allow to soak for at least half an hour. Then launder in warm water and regular detergent. Stubborn stains may require a 2nd treatment, and the heat of the dryer may set the stain further, so you might want to line dry until you're sure the stain is out. The grease stains will show up more on dark colored clothing, so if lighter colors are allowed where he works that'd help.
Thanks
Have you tried blue Dawn dish soap? I use it for all stain removal and have used it for baked on grease on the door of my oven. I just squirt it on and rub it over the stain, it works so well. Let it sit on clothing for 5-10 minutes and you are good to go! Good luck.
APRONS!!
For cooking grease stains sprinkle baby powder or cornstarch. Let it absorb the grease for a few hours. Brush powder away and voila, stain gone
