How can a laminate wood flooring be used for a wall?
I like the look of the laminate wood floors, so many colors to choose from and easy to do. How can I attach them to use on my walls? They are snapped into place on the floor but how can I attach them and keep them from bowing or popping loose from the wall. Can they be nailed without tearing through? I have old paneling up and instead of tearing out, I wanted to cover up.
Thanks in advance,
Barbara

Yes it can. You can use either silicon or construction adhesive to attach it. Pergo flooring has a video:

I’d be tempted to ask a real flooring guy about what kind of glue. Would be best. You’d be gluing onto wood. I’m not sure what the backing is.
Since you’re covering the paneling anyway,
I’d likely add more screws at all stud points to insure the old paneling doesn’t pull away from wall with the weight.
Buy yourself a stud-finder that can “see” through the thickness of your walls.
Rent or buy a really good electric screw gun and the appropriate length screws to get through to the studs. Relatively minor cash outlays that you can use forever and save you tremendous time and energy.
I think it will look fabulous.
