I use E6000 and glue 1 or 2 soda can tabs on the back. Let the glue cure for a day. If 2, run a string or wire between them and then it's ready to hang.
size of pictures would be helpful as the smaller pictures the Command strips work nice - make sure you get for appropriate weight.
I used command strips on the back of my frame and attached it to the wall so there would be no damage to the frame or wall. It worked really well.
We just hung a large picture using 3M double-sided adhesive. They also have some tough picture-hanging strips you can use. Just make sure you look at the weight limit the product can support :)
