Do you know what kind of bugs? I hate chemicals but there are sprays for crawling or flying insects. Spiders require a different spray. Spray areas where you have seen them, and let window open to air out for about 20 minutes so you are not breathing the chemical. Or spray before you leave the house so the chemicals are not still in the air. Less toxic are things called insect traps or sticky traps. You should NOT use them if a child or pet can get near them. I purchase mine at Walmart and lay them flat on the floor. They traps insects that try to crawl across them. I keep one on the floor close to the baseboard where I have seen them. You can put under a sink. I use mine flat, but they are also made to fold up like a tent. They work well for any kind of bug. You get 4 stick pad about 4" x 10 or 11" to a pack.

Spray perimeter of outside of the house with bug killer. Also clear clutter/old newspapers/plastic bag etc. Bugs like to crawl in dark spaces. Don't leave any food out and seal items in ziplock baggies. Don't leave pets food dish out. Keep a clean/tide house and vacuum regularly. Declutter and don't leave dirty dishes in the sink.

Diatomaceous Earth, food grade. Kills a LOT of pests that have exo-skeletons by dehydrating them but is SAFE for people and pets. It will kill ants, aphids, roaches, fleas, flies, slugs, spiders & termites.

If you use it with essential oils like lemon or peppermint around the house, inside and out, you can get pests and critters to move out! Mice hate citrus! It won't kill them but the smell makes them pack on out!

I buy mine from DiatomaceousEarth.com and they have in the past let buyers download for FREE their 88 page book on how to use the product on everything! It is a wonderful book and I really like their DE. Check it out~especially if you want to stay away from POISONS!
