Southern Traditions: Why Did My Grandmas Sweep Their Yards?
My question as I watched these grandparents was always, "Why are you sweeping your yards, and why is there no grass around your house?" We have grass around ours.
Try something like 30 Seconds outdoor cleaner. It's made for algae and mildew. You can spray on and hose it off to rinse. It won't harm grass
Use 4 scoops Oxiclean to 1 gallon of hot as you stand water- or use a deck brush. I swabbed with rag mop, let it sit for at least 20 min, brushed with deck brush to scrub up stains and hose rinse. Thank you Hometalk
Power washing works well to remove mold on outdoor surfaces.

I have used Scotts Outdoor Cleaner plus Oxi Clean stain fighter already in the mix it has worked great for me on concrete patio, vinyl fence and more & it is Safe on lawns, plants, fabric, patio furniture & more Works great on Cement/Stone,Wood,Vinyl,Brick and many more outdoor surfaces.
I used 80/20 bleach & water with a stiff brush. Then I started spraying with wet & forget outdoor. It's a no scrub cleaner that slowly works to remove the "black & green". I just couldn't stand to wait initially. However, it will work over time.
