The best way to repair a laminate floor is to pull up the damaged pieces and replace them.

Determine why the finish failed, first. Age? Impacts? Poor product? To Zard’s point, if more pieces are going to show damage, then it’s time for a bigger solution.
To “patch” Start with a Q-tip clean the surface with denatured alcohol, re-stain and then apply a clear coat. Since idk what the original finishes were in terms of oil-based or water-based, I can’t advise you on which stain or polyurethane to buy. Water based will be easy clean-up, but will fish-eye if the prep work was lacking.
