How do I remove Pledge sprayed on floor by mistake?
I do not want to hurt the wood finish. It is very slick.
Use some inexpensive shampoo and warm water to wash up the floor.
You can mop with a slightly abrasive cleaner like spic and span.
Here's my DIY mop water recipe:
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup baking soda
1 TSP blue Dawn
2 gallons HOT water (sometimes I boil it)
Apply liberally with a mop.
Almost soak the floor so that the dried hair spray returns to a more liquid state and then it will clean up.
Here are a bunch of methods for you!

Hi Linda, it only takes a good scrubbing with your preferred cleaning aid. It’s mainly the water and scrubbing that dilutes it down. It’s easy.
