How do I remove a stain from a claw foot tub?

CLR, test first to make sure it won't hurt your finish.
Soak paper towels in vinegar and wrap around. Let sit and then remove. It should dissolve the deposits so that you can rinse away.
Take a wash cloth or paper towels and soak them in vinegar. Wrap them around the faucet so they are touching the lime deposits. Let this sit for about an hour and then remove and use a stiff toothbrush to clean the areas. Repeat if necessary. You can also buy a product called Lime A Way which works well but the vinegar does the trick if you are patient.
