is this it? Jimson weed and it is poisonous
Answer: JIMSON WEED (Poisonous). This sapling has white tubular flowers, reddish bark with white speckles, and a weird-looking green thing like a green spiny helmet. Also known as: datura
Looks like jimson weed to me. :(
The fruit looks like the fruit the Daytura plant produces but the leaves looks somewhat different. The Daytura plant is also called The Devil's Trumpet and is so poisonous you should wear gloves to protect yourself.
Looks like Castor Bean and yes it is poisonous keep pets and small kids away.
Datura stramonium, known by the English names jimsonweed or devil's snare
It is a Confederate Rose. In the summer it has large pink flowers that fade to white. It is beautiful!
Looks to me to be Deadly Night Shade, which is also deadly poisonous.
Datura, I LOVE mine. Throw the spiny seed pods (after they dry and turn a bit brown) where ever you want some. Way too many will come up so you will need to thin them, they don't transplant well.
