The stick is a stamp made by stone, it usually carve the name of the artist, the container is the Chinese ink. You often see these stampt exist on Oriental paintings.
Hi, This looks like an antique Asian wax seal ensemble, used to seal documents, letters etc. Look at the end of the wood piece and see if there is some sort of letter or design. They would store the wax in the container then use the wood stamp to press the wax to create the design and seal. Nice find!
It's a chop. There should be a symbol on one end of the brown piece. It's a stamp used as a signature for the owner. The pot holds red ink for the chop.
