A few suggestions: water plant during the day when there will be enough time for leaves to dry; pick off worse leaves; anti-fungal dust.

Air circulation is always helpful with a fungus. If in an enclosed corner, you may have to move plant. Or, Hope that next summer isn't as humid.

7 DUST & LONGER between waterings. Remove the old leaves & dust around the base of the roses & on the leaves. It won't hurt the blooms if you get them by accident. Plus, if you've got access, get some lady bugs &/or praying mantis for your garden. They eat aphids plus a world of other insects that are harmful to plants. GL
