Two major problems with the 2010 version of Hallmark cards I use?
have and use the 2010 version of Hallmark cards, but it prints the inside upside down ruining the card. I put it back in to print the other inside parts the way you instruck but every time it is upside down. Hence the program does not meet my requirements. Refund? another version to correct that crucial error?
Another problem, I never am able to send a card via E mail as it always says oo E mail is linked. How do I correct that? drnick90@yahoo.com

I would contact the manufacturer. Many times these things you need to do some test runs. I bet with some fiddling you can get it to print correctly. Here is their support site.

There should be a tutorial and troubleshooting with the program or online. Possible there is and update for the program.
