What kind of windows do you have? Are they double pane? Take a good look under the trailer, are the ducts there? are they sealed? Can you seal them more? Do you have skirting? How good is it? Any chance of putting any blown type insulation in the ceiling? Have you looked carefully at the outside walls, are there any holes that you can seal?

Do you have paneling or sheetrock on the walls?
Number one is to put skirting all around the bottom to keep the wind from going under and into the mobile home.
