How do I make a 1985 bathroom remodel?
I would like to cover all bathroom walls in white/gray Marble. Replace old tub with modern spa shower. What do I do about the mirror 5 feet over? I like it. Counter with sink under mirror 5 feet also with laminate dated top.

I can't comment on all of your questions, but I painted the tile and laminate vanity with outdoor latex paint after priming it first. It's been a couple of years and it's held up well.
Are you doing the work or hiring out and you choose finishes?
Remove the mirror, take it to a glass shop & have them cut it down. Re-hang it keeping in mind that mirrors can’t be held up with clips that just go into drywall and not studs.
Re-laminate the countertop or replace with matching granite.
Marble is not suitable for bathroom countertops, as the finish etches easily, lipstick can stain it, hair dye can stain it and it will require constant resealing & still look spotty.
