Try a blow dryer and then use goo gone on the glue if necessary
I use WD40 to get off lots of sticky things. Good luck.
Hi there, Try WD-40, I find it pretty good.
Goo Gone works well.
Goo Gone or WD40 will soften and remove the adhesive. You may need to pick off the surface paper for them to work.

Baby oil, vegetable oil, Goo Gone. Anything oily. Followed by Windex to remove to the oil.
Least toxic....a paste of baking soda and oil, vegetable, olive whatever you have. Rub until the adhesive releases then wash with soap and water.
