Hi Bill. I use a Onesies pajamas for the body, stuffed with grocery bags, leaves, etc. An old pillow for the head stitched onto the pj's. Dress accordingly.
Here is a great DIY tutorial for a scarecrow and perhaps you could layer clothing over it to turn it into a witch later: https://gardenersnotebook.wordpress.com/2015/03/16/diy-how-to-building-a-scarecrow/
Hi Bill. I'm Cindy. You need pants, shirt, shoes, socks, gloves, and a hat. Stuff the pants and shirt with old sheets, drop cloths, or anything you have on hand. Staple the shirt to the pants and place on a lawn chair. Put the hems of the pants inside a pair of shoes. Staple the gloves to the sleeves ends of the shirt. For the head, you can make one with a pillow case, or use a plastic pumpkin bucket. Then put his hat on. Happy Halloween.
