If your flat screen is mounted on the wall, depending on the size you might be able to find wall art a bit bigger and simply hang the piece over the flat screen. If TV is sitting on top of an entertainment unit, just learn a large art piece against the TV. Some people have made their own frame to size needed and used a shower curtain or fabric they love stapled onto the frame to create light weight art pieces that will work well for large wall areas or in this instance for a TV hiding piece of art. Can you build a wall unit around it then have doors that close.
