How to fix or repair panelling?
If anybody could please tell me how I could go about fixing or re-doing I guess I will say this wall for installation purposes and to stop the mold and moisture coming from outside to the inside of the paneling I would greatly greatly greatly appreciate it.
Took off the paneling to see where the moisture was coming from found moldy insulation rolled each part down to find a paper backing insulation it’s like a 1/4” thick and has Styrofoam in the middle and paper backing on the flipside that they used in the trailer I assume when it was built in 1977.

You need a contractor, for sure.
I'd start by looking outside to see where the water is getting in- looks like some points along the roof line are leaking/ dumping excess water down your wall. Adding eaves trough to move rainwater off the wall might be a good start if you don't have that already.
Once the water issue is cleared, insulate and add a plastic vapour barrier between the paneling and the insulation to keep the interior stuff dry and moisture free. Hope this helps.
From the hurricane flooding, we were told to spray a mixture of water and white vinegar on mold to kill it. Clorox will whiten it.
Ok, thanks
I would remove all spray and clean best you could replace insulation then put a plastic vapor barrier on the inside and staple it then eather paneling or Sheetrock if you Sheetrock use greenboard it’s a little more exspensive sibut water?proof
