Pouring resin, how do I not mess up?
OK, I spent a week and a half bottle capping this table top, even longer collecting the caps. I am so terrified of pouring resin on it and messing it up. I got "Crystal Clear Bar Table Top Epoxy Coating for Wood Tabletop", 2 gallons of it. Has anyone used this before an do you have any advice for how to not mess it up? Thank you so much!!!!

Youtube how to use resin!!
By going onto YouTube, you’ll find many tutorials on using resin. I know that you’ll need a torch of some kind to pop small bubbles that occur within the resin. Another idea is to call the company for tips. They may have some tutorial videos too. Good luck on completing your project. It looks great!
Hi Cassidy, how did it turn out? How did you make it even surface? How is it holding and is it worth going through all the effort? This is the most impressive tabletop I've seen in a long time. Sooo creative.

Hello Cassidy.
You will need to have a stand up rim around the item so the resin can flow over and off the item. Use a spreader like a window wiper.

Resin needs to be mixed really well in small quantities .. Stir making 8's movement for at least 5 min and when you pour on your project make sure to heat up areas little by little to rmove bubbles
