If your toilets are new read the instructions in the warranty section. Some cleaners especially vinegar void the warranty.

If your toilets need intensive cleaning, I would suggest: Pumie Heavy Duty Scouring Stick. I have two sons and was at my wits end how to clean the inside of the bowl. This stuff is miraculous. It does not scratch. You wet it and as you clean it dissolves.
