Hello there. I'm Cindy. You could mix one tablespoon of Epson Salt in a gallon of water. Sprinkle it on the soil at the base of your Azaleas. Then give them more water. The extra water will help the roots receive the Epson Salt quicker. Plants, weather veggies or flowers thrive with this solution. You can repeat every two weeks. Best of luck to you and your Azaleas.

I'm with Cindy, you could also add to the gallon a tsp of non sudsing ammonia. Azaleas love acid soil so put some used coffee grounds in the soil as well
I use green pine tree needles & lay them around the plant in the fall. Helps to keep them warm & then breaks down. Also works for rhododendrons & costs nothing.
Tea bags - used. (acid)
Fertilizer should not be used until you do a soil test to see what your area actually needs. The free kits can be picked up at your county extension office and at some nurseries. Instructions on how to take your samples will be included. Send the samples to the state extension service for analysis. A complete soil profile will be sent to you along with the exact requirements for fertilizers and supplements needed for your area.
