Best way to fix a bay window?

What the best/ easiest/ CHEAPEST way to redo a bay window? The one that came with our house was rotting through, and they painted over it so I'm not even sure how bad it is but we just had a baby so the fix has to be cheap
Chris....Can you send pictures of inside and outside so we can see where the rot is and just how bad?
I agree. Photos would help to determine if there is any fix and how.
