You can use a cardboard box over them for overnight protection. Longterm, you'd have to bring them inside in pots or make a little green house.

I would bring inside.
One way is to cover them with a sheet or a drop cloth. (You would have to weigh the cloth down with something.) Or you can pot the plants and bring them indoors.
