Yes. If you want to keep it translucent, then, try cleaning first. Vacuum the heck out of it with an old soft bristle (dry) toothbrush or other soft clean brush.
Then try a drop of hydrogen peroxide on a stain, via Qtip. If it bubbles, then good- it’s an bio-organic stain, not petroleum-based.
chlorine bleach will eat the fabric. No go.
Maybe an oxygen-based bleach solution- mild.
If it’s plastic, then none of that will work.
spray paint will work, but is opaque.
Relaminating with fabric can be beautiful, but is tedious for some. There’s tutorials on that.
