I have no idea but it is a very nice plant. Why don't you take a leaf to your local nursery or garden center and ask an expert? I am sure they would be happy to help.
It almost looks like a castor bean plant, by the way the leaves appear, but don't know if some varieties have a shaggy bark on the branches.

Definitely a papaw, also known as papaya. Generally you need a male and female to get fruit...you may be lucky if someone has one in the neighborhood as well

This is papaya tree. Common in South India. I have many in my garden. Fruit is Rich in iron .Even the leaves we make concoction for some illness. I also use the leaf for my fresh flower bouquet 💐

If the flowers are close to the trunk , it's a female. If the flowers are on stalks it's a male. You can get fruit from both but the female is more reliable.
