Lemishine dishwasher additive. It’s a citric acid product.
Christina Hi Try straight bleach. 1 tablespoon to each vase and fill with warm water. Let it sit for 1/2 hour, rinse, and air dry
Try CLR or Lime away
Purchase denture cleaning tablets...I purchase the generic brand, or even get them at the Dollar Store, (it’s more economical). Fill vase just past the stained water marks, with warm tap water...(Do not use hot or boiling water!) If the stain is just light soil, use only one tablet, or possibly two, depending upon the size and height of your vase. Allow to sit in the vase, while you do something else. Come back later, and pour out the water. Your vase should be sparkling clean. If the soil marks were extremely heavy, and even had that green stain, on your vases, repeat the process. It certainly won’t hurt the vase! I’ve been doing this for years! It’s great!! It also works great on those old glass Pyrex coffee pots, or similar, with the crusty looking calcium marks from hard water, etc.. Should you be a collector of any antique Depression Glass that has dried calcium water marks on them, this also works wonders. (There’s nothing harmful with using these tablets on items that you would eat off of, or drink out of. If you can clean dentures in this product, it surely won’t hurt to use them on pieces that you’d serve food or beverages in!) TRY IT!
