How can I get rid of a skunk that is under my shed without killing it.

Hav-a-Heart trap. Get it at any farm and feed store.
Because it's a skunk, cover the trap with a tarp so when you move it, you won't get sprayed.

You may be able to rent a trap - check your local equipment rental place. Otherwise you’d need to buy one. Then you will want to fins a permanent way to close up its ok hole - or someone else will move in.
Throw moth balls under the shed from all sides. Skunks don’t like the smell. Put new ones out ever so often to keep skunks away.
