How to prevent my peonies from fungus?
My peonies always get a fungus each year... I spray them lethal fungus spray from the time they come out of the ground till after they bloom.. I just cut them back& they were spotted again & also white coated.. I live in Wisconsin

You may have to move the peonies to a new site, if the ground is infected with the fungus. If you replant, add composted cow maure to the new site before planting. Water in, then backfill, eliminating air pockets, and mulch with pine needles, if available, or add some used coffee grounds around the peonies. Spray with an anti-dessicant to protect from winter winds.
