We are always sure to spray our azaleas (and boxwoods) with Wilt Pruf to ensure that they don’t get freeze burn over the winter. It works great and we get it from our local nursery. Do it before the weather dips below the 50s during the day.
I use Holly Tone in spring and late fall. The fall feeding is only half the amount of the spring feeding. It's an organic product, and my azaleas, rhododendrons and many other plants love it.
