depends where you live and the humidity level
Well it depends on what weather you are having? Where do you live?
I am in southern CA and going to be 90ยฐ+ and breezy today. Dog wash day for me! I have 6 to do.
Check the label on the paint can. It will tell you the minimum temperature and drying time needed. Generally you should begin painting in the morning so the paint has time to dry somewhat before the sun goes down. It can take more time for paint to cure, and the label should have some info on that as well.
I see 3 possibly 4 areas of concern with your painting situation. Temperature, wind, lack of humidity & hopefully you won't be painting in direct sunlight. Better to wait till evening to paint when the temperature drops & the humidity increases. The wind also decreases drying time drastically. Paint that drys too fast will not adhere adequately and it won't be long before you experience peeling.
