How to quieten a squeaky bed frame?
Frame squeaks only at head of bed. Tighten screws and sprayed WD 40 in screw sockets. Still squeaks.

Hi Willi
When you used the WD-40 did you move the screw around several times - taking it out and putting it back? WD-40 sometimes takes a bit of time to work. Did you only do the ones for the headboard? There may be others that are close to the top that are actually causing the squeak. It might even be originating in the box spring itself. I'd turn it over and really examine everything to see if there are other parts that might be cause it. Good luck finding it. Wishing you the best!
Instead of WD40, use silicone spray. Safe for metal, wood, cloth and vinyl.
