This Hometalk member had a similar problem. Her tree was green and she wanted to freshen it up. You could do the same thing with your white tree to make it look newer again. All it involved was a can of spray paint! I hope this helps you. Wishing you the best.

Just touch up with white spray paint
Buy fake spray on snow or flocking and respray it. Get it at any craft store of even hardware stores
Adding flocking would look great, and give the color a refresh.
It may just be dusty. Take it outside and hose it off on a good day. Let dry in the sun.
