I would put them in the ground they always do better outside of containers. Just give them room to grow because they will love the space to spread their roots.
Hi Syd, if they are doing well in the pots, I would just repot to one size up.
depends on what you want - if you have a nice space outside go for it - if you wanted it be potted - go up a size
