You could make your own with a screw and nut then hot glue a item of your choice on top of the screw put through the dresses and screw on the nut you could make coins pretty glass and cover with glue beads

Just Google! How about cutting down a leather belt and make loops to attach. Go to salvage yards, resale shops thrift shops, lots of stuff out there, you just need to find something that catches your eye.

I agree with the answers above ! Bobby lobby has an amazing selection of knobs , for all types of styles. You can even make your own using a screw and washer, then crazy glue something to the top of the screw .
