My mom used white nail polish on her counter tiles when one developed a small crack. It worked on her tiles, but the were the real smooth and shiny type.
Clean the cracks with hydrogen peroxide and an old toothbrush. Then use white paint (glossy or not, and fingernail polish counts as paint), to fill in and disguise the cracks. When the paint is dry, use a sealer like polyurethane, clear fingernail polish, or vinyl sealer. Let that dry a couple of days without touching, and then the cracks should be almost invisible plus protected from future cracking. ☺️
