How do I find this type of basket?
Large basket on a 6-10 inch pedestal with a large handle to showcase very large mums for competition.
Basket is about 18 inches diameter and handle makes it 3 feet tall. Front and/or back of basket is rolled over creating interest. It has a 8-10 inch pedestal attached to the bottom.

Know anyone with less than frozen vines, of any kind?
Use a mixing bowl to make your pedestal. Then your turkey, or whatever, roasting pan to braid the basket of vines around. Braid a handle around a piece of wire so that it can connect to your flower “trough”.
Obviously, clean your vines, just a bit (you want texture) and bring it in to dry fast.
Have you thought about “patchworking” a basket out of someone’s old straw, or whatever, beach bag/giant pocketbook.?
Good luck. You obviously already have magic, looking at those flowers.
l would check antique stores...they really have some nice baskets.
Michaels has lots of nice baskets Here's one from Target https://www.target.com/p/15-round-woven-seagrass-serving-tray-with-handles-light-beige-threshold-153/-/A-53473443 you can use E6000 adhesive and glue some inexpensive really small furniture legs on,big round wooden beads, small vases, wood candle sticks on bottom so tray is up higher. I think you should check out local good will they always have low cost baskets you could even spray paint one and glue on some legs use some nice small crystal shot glasses (goodwill too) or flowery teacups or demitasse cups,or one nice crystal vase use E6000 to adhere to tray bottom. I also think you need more of tray instead of basket so sides are lower. Your flowers are beautiful! Good Luck.
Google: Wicker urn basket. Good Luck!
Looks like the type of basket used for funeral arrangements. Check with a florist. They may be able to order one for you from a wholesale catalog.
