In the past I have used small carpenter nails and hammered them into the trim. I then hang the garland from the nails. For the ones on the side, I tuck the garland behind the nail. I hope this helps!
Have you any thing you can fix it on. Have wire fixed to every swag. Then use hooks to hang these on. They can fix on anything wood, like the wood on eves of your house, or a shed or fence. You could also wrap them around trees .

Depending on the surface you can use clicks. Here's a link for brick clips but they also make siding clips.

I love using command hooks. Make sure you find ones that can handle being outside.
