Pink Bathroom in Rented Apartment. What to Do?
This is my pink bathroom. The apartment is a rental, so I can't retile. What can I do to hide it or change its color?
You could put a free standing shelf in there like Origami and use for storage.
You can put a curtain over it and use it as storage
You can always put a stackable laundry center there.
Just to be different, Kathy, I’m going to say put a long mirror on the back side. They were $6 at Walmart this year. Cut off all the water to the shower if you can. Cover the walls with pretty Contact paper or glue on wrapping paper. On one side, screw in hooks or use magnetic hooks for all your jewelry. On the other side, build and install simple shelves, like a wide ladder. Place your shoes there, sprayed with Febreeze to keep your vanity closet fresh. You could put down a rug inside the shower. If you can’t remove the shower head and other hardware, spray it purple or whatever, and use them for a hat and heavy jewelry. If the shower has a glass door, use suction cups to hold other accessories. Have fun with your personal vanity room! ☺️
