Sprinkle baking soda onto the countertop scratches.
Take a clean rag, get it wet and rub until the scratch or scuff is gone.
That’s really all there is to removing most superficial scratches from light-colored laminate countertops. Baking soda is a superfine abrasive that is powerful enough to remove dark marks without actually etching the surface. Plus, the baking soda and the water from the wet rag soak up and trap the dirty scratches and all you have to do is rinse it out.
Depending on how much ambition you want to put into it, you could paint them for a whole new look. Google, Utube and Pinterest has tons of ideas. Good luck and post before and after pictures. We'd love to see them!

We used epoxy paint to repair a small laminate chip. Worked great.
