Buy the clear plastic ones at dollar store and small bottles of acrylis paint. Make sure one color paint is sparklly.Pour les than a tablespoon of 2 colors into collar of ball. Swirl til you love your desyne stand upside down on newspaperfor a bout an hour. Replace top add ribbon and hang.

Marsha...There are so many simple decorations to make. You can cover styrofoam balls with fabric and a pretty ribbon to close, string tiny colored christmas bells with ribbon and tie together for wreath shape, take little pieces of christmas material cut in a square and push inside a styrofoam ball with a chopstick or similar item for a cloth ball, tie matching ribbon and hang.
