How can I inexpensively lay new flooring over concrete?

My house flooded in Harvey. I don't have floors yet, just concrete.I am looking for something inexpensive that I can do myself. Any suggestions.

Luxury vinyl planks are perfect over concrete and are one of the easiest floors to install. :)
linoleum tiles- the thick ones but if the floor isn't perfectly straight and level u should lay down plywood sheeting-another choice would be parquet -the sheets interlock and there's no gluing to be done
Tina: I live in Houston and you probably have concrete floors (no basement) like most all of us! Here's the cheapest idea ever! ...and very trendy!
