Hi this is Peggy. Sorry this part broke especially at cookie making season. I am not sure if you want to glue this, it may fall apart again in your mix. Here is a site that you can replace it. No glue would hold up to the stress. Secondly no glue would be food safe for a repair.
I don't think it can be fixed. I'm curious how that happened though?
Agree with William. For a little money that you think you might save in trying to glue it, I would say it would not be safe to try it. When the break comes undone, it may cause a serious accident if it breaks a bowl, hits someone in the eye, etc.
Have a safe and happy cookie making season, and get Santa to bring you a new Beater Blade before Christmas.
Buy a new beater...any repair would be too weak to take the strain of mixing.
