Make sure you clean it first. Then pick out a semi-gloss paint color. Check the back of the can to see what type of roller/paintbrush it recommends. Start with the groves of the door (if yours have them) and work your way out. Just take your time!

Do NOT paint the hinges or knobs... it'll look like an amateur job.

Hello! I can tell you how to paint your door with Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint! :)
It is super easy to paint with Dixie Belle:
Step one: Clean with White Lightning
Step two: If door is slick/slippery apply two coats of Slick Stick
Step three: Paint one to two coats of Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint
Step four: Use Gator Hide for a water-repellent finish
Chalk Mineral Paint has no VOC's so it's safe to use indoors!
