I would use hot glue!
double sided tape might work.
Hi there, You could of course sew them in place or make them and slip them over neck.
Donna: when I look at tutorials, it seems to slip over the bottle neck is the best solution. (What a clever idea!)
Thanks guys I do sew might be able to. Do that . I’ll try some decoupage under and over satin and see what it does
