How can I use a 2’ square sample tile?
How can I use a 2’ square sample of a floor tile that we did not choose? I used it as a hotpot trivet on my kitchen counter, but I want to do something different with it now. It looks like beige rock and has a small border to fit into other tiles around it. If I use it outside, the center will rot. Ideas, please?

A square of tile that large could be used to make a side table top.
I put tile under the potted plants I have on my tables....put the tile down, then the table scarf, which covers up the tile, and then the pot....keeps the furniture dry if the plant leaks for has condensation.
Ooh, Pat. That’s a smart idea. I could also make an extra plant shelf, or even a tall buffet dinner shelf sitting on a box and covered with a tablecloth. I hadn’t thought about your idea, but I’m sure thinking about it now. Thank you! ☺️
