How can I remove blue ink on my carpet?
How can I remove the blue colour from one of those gel pads from my carpet. I didn't notice that there was a slash in the gel pad when I opened the package it came in. I put t down on the carpet. It was only there for a few miniuted but when I picked it up it had leaked onto my carpet and I have 3 blue stains. I have not tried anything on it yet, I just don;t know what to try. Please help

Hi Sandra, maybe this can help you: http://bestcarpetcleanerreview.net/the-best-home-remedies-for-carpet-stains/
Try Folex carpet cleaner !!! This stuff is GREAT !!! It gets out all kinds of stains...rust , blood , ink , wine ... I even put some in a spray bottle and keep it in my laundry room ! I bought it at home depot for $6 . Just spray it on , rub in with fingers and blot with paper towels...that's it !!! This can also be used in a carpet cleaning machine. Good luck !!!!
Hopefully, the gel pack had information revealing the ingredients, which can then be researched, for removal from your carpeting, dependent upon it's fiber composition.
Baking soda and vinegar. Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. Blot from the outside in so not to spread the stain.
thank you
