Dawn dish soap or rubbing alcohol or shampoo, any will work. Whatever is convenient.
You can add some shampoo to a small bucket of water and use this to wash the hairspray residue away. Shampoo is made to take hairspray out of your hair so it will remove it from your walls and woodwork without damaging them.
