I used contact paper that looked like sliplap
I'd use contact paper over the mirrors. It has to be something that you can remove at the end of your rental period or you could lose your deposit. You can also paint them if you don't mind scraping the paint off before you move.
Window film. Many varieties available from Amazon
CONTACT PAPER OR CURTAINS ~ Peel N Stick Contact paper with pretty designs, prints, pictures, etc. Curtains by using small & short rods screwed into the doors & placing sheer curtains on them. Screw one end of the rod onto the door, place the curtain on & then finish with the other end attachment. Do it for both top & bottom of the door & they won't flop around when the door is moved.
