Just look on a pallet furniture site you can find many I have built several with great success
Just recently we build a king sized platform bed using 2x6 boards for the sides, head, and foot boards and 2x4 boards running across the bed for support. Then get 1/2" plywood, not OSB to cover the boards. Measure the size of your mattress or google the size of a queen mattress in order to get your dimensions. We used 4x4 posts for the legs that we installed with wooden dowels. Glue all of the dowels and 4x4 posts to the frame and your bed will be sturdy enough to jump on! We also used old doors put together side by side for our headframe and it came out beautiful!
Hopefully one of these will work for you.
