We used pinesol and bleach on a big piece of cloth and threw it under the house. It worked then to keep them out we used a piece of carpet poured Fox urine on it. Purchased the Fox urine at a sporting goods store. Like Gander Mountain.

Call your county Animal Control office and see if they will remove them for you. They know all of the tricks and will remove them carefully.

I would call them anyway...that's what they get paid to do. Skunks are animals you do NOT want to handle for obvious reasons. If you get no response then go above their heads and contact local officials. Skunks are more problem than just a nuisance. They cause serious health and safety issues. Good luck to you....and Merry Christmas.

Throw moth balls under the house all animals hate the smell.

My sister fed them and enjoyed them. Skunks can be very good pets. I would love to have some living under my porch. Sister also gave them rabies vaccine each year.

They only make good pets when they can't do what skunks do...I had some living under my shed and once the smell took WEEKS to dissipate.

Hang a clamp on work lamp in the crawl space and they'll leave on their own. Then close it up tight after a week or two of being sure they're gone.

My mom would slide a hose under the house and then turn on the tap to just drip. They do not like to have their den damp so they will move out.

Look for a wildlife expert or rehabber in your area. The ones in my area love the skunks, and will happily help get them out.
